Mawassem for the production of olive oil (Al Najdawi) is the latest mill established by our family who started crafting olive oil 50 years ago. Mawassem is located in As-Salt,” The Place of Tolerance and Urban Hospitality” according to UNESCO, where all olive trees are traditionally planted and rainfed. To us olive milling is an art of combining experience and technology to produce olive oil, olives are examined and treated according to their condition in order to produce the best quality out of them.

Located in a beautiful mountain rich area with ancient olive trees in Ajloun, the greenest region of Jordan north . The origins of the family who owns Al Khair Wal Barkeh are deeply rooted in the area and its traditions which is why they dedicate themselves to the cultivation of olive trees with the utmost passion and commitment. The mill, equipped with state of the art machinery, has been producing the finest extra olive oil for more than twenty years.
