Mawassem is located in As-Salt,” The Place of Tolerance and Urban Hospitality” according to UNESCO, where all olive trees are traditionally planted and rainfed. To us olive milling is an art of combining experience and technology to produce olive oil, olives are examined and treated according to their condition in order to produce the best quality out of them.
